RITUAL
of well-being.
The freestanding bathtub takes center stage in this generously sized space and creates the ideal setting to appreciate the indoor vegetation bathed in natural light. The lighting design follows the circadian cycle at night with chronobiology parameters. Sloped planes and textures in wood, stone, and leather interact with the spatiality: the curves of the ceiling dominate the surface that envelops the storage closet, merging as a reference point. The layout seeks expansion of the bathroom through organic forms, encouraging introspection, disconnection from urban vertigo, and reconnection with nature. The furnishings include a velvet-upholstered armchair and a rug that spans the entire space, connecting the dressing area and the bathtub through its threads. Material contrasts in the rustic stone drawers, the leather covering the closet, and the metal beams supporting the sinks invite the discovery of multiple textures. The sculptural and perforated works by Gerardo Wohlgemuth reinforce the artistic sensitivity of the user, who seeks sensory balance within this menu of experiences, which also includes a curated music playlist.
